Shower gel and bar soap both cleanse the skin but one is more advantageous than the other depending on ur skin type. Shower gels with Ph level of 5 leaves ur skin moisturized and is good for all skin types except extremely oily skin.
Bar soaps have ph levels dat range from 7-9 which make them have a bit of drying effect so its good for extremely oil skin.
But for me i recommend shower gels cos of the moisturizers contained in it. It keeps ur skin healthy and gives you a Robust look.
